Quality Objectives of EIS & EPS Departments
- Efficiency improvement indicators: Restricting Time Over run of not more than 25% of the stipulated project completion period and Cost overrun of the Project at the most 10% of the approved project Cost
- Automation of at least two critical processes of the department during the year aiming at increased transparency and efficiency
- To achieve excellent feedback report from 40% of the customers during the year

- EMS Quality Objectives
- To reduce the electric consumption by at least 5 % every year of IMS implementation
- To reduce the use the use of paper by at least 5 % every year of IMS implementation
- To reduce the generation of solid waste in the office by at least 5 % every year of IMS implementation
- Every year the organization will plant at least 50 trees, along with providing them with adequate protection and subsequent care
- To reduce the use of ozone depleting compounds
- To minimize air, water and noise pollution on sustainable basis and endeavor for its continual improvement by adopting economically viable technology
- To ensure compliance of all applicable environmental laws and regulations
- To conserve natural resources by optimum utilization
